Photo Shoot Rates and Capacities
Personal Photo Shoot rental rates:
$800 for one hour; $1,200 for two hours
- For wedding and engagement portraiture, or other personal photo shoots.
- For a group no larger than 5 people, including the sitters and photography team.
Commercial Photo Shoot rental rates:
Available only on Mondays
Commercial photography (styled shoots with models or tabletops) is handled on an individual basis depending upon the number of people on site and the length of time desired. Please email the full details to receive pricing.
Filming Rates and Capacities
Commercial Filming room rental rates:
$800 per hour

- For documentary and interview backgrounds.
- For a group no larger than 10 people, including the subjects and filming team.
- Overall film and story content subject to our approval. Please send information with the initial request.
