Member-Only Preauthorization Instructions
The insignia, grave marker, and door knocker require prior authorization from constituent society secretaries before purchasing. The process to order these items is as follows:
- Contact your constituent society secretary and ask him to give you authorization to purchase a grave marker, door knocker, or insignia.
- He will provide written documentation to the Society staff that you are a member in good standing with your constituent society.
- After receiving authorization from the secretary, the Society staff will mail you a signed authorization form and information about the items available for purchase.
- This authorization form allows you to purchase your item directly from the manufacturer, City Pride Limited.
