The city of Hurstbourne will unveil a storyboard on the life of Lieutenant Colonel Richard Clough Anderson\, an original member of the Society of the Cincinnati (and the ancestor of Larz Anderson)\, accompanied by a wreath-laying ceremony at the Anderson monument.
